Ormskirk Care Home receives 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating

The team at Courtfield Lodge are celebrating following their recent inspection from the
Food Standard Agency which has once again awarded them with a 5 Star Food Hygiene
Rating.
The home, which is part of the We Care Group, is situated in a peaceful residential area
in Ormskirk near to the Town Centre. It has worked incredibly hard to provide residents
with a wonderful varied menu, with all meals prepared with fresh, locally sourced,
seasonal produce and based on the individual tastes and dietary needs of the people
we support.
The home prides themselves on their menu which will satisfy even those with the
smallest of appetites; from breakfast through to dinner, residents can discover
something different with fresh flavours and lovely, well-presented meals.
Our great chefs are always keeping themselves busy in the kitchen creating new and
exciting dishes for everyone to enjoy, as well as freshly baked cakes for afternoon teas.
Over the last few months the home has made some significant improvement to the
environment within the home, in particular to the layout and design of the dining areas
to make them more welcoming and a great place to socialise with friends over a
delicious, appetising meal.
