The 2026 Lottie Awards celebrate the very best care homes and care providers across the UK, recognising organisations that consistently deliver excellence and raise standards across the sector. This year, We Care Group has been named among the country’s Top 10 Medium Providers (providers operating between 10 and 29 care homes), placing us alongside some of the most respected names in adult social care.

What are the Lottie Awards?

Now in their second year, the Lottie Awards were created to celebrate excellence across the UK’s care sector. The awards recognise providers that go above and beyond in delivering outstanding care while continually investing in the quality of their services, teams and resident experience.
For the Top 10 Provider categories, providers are evaluated across:
• The quality and completeness of their care home listings across their portfolio.
• Employee satisfaction, informed by independent Glassdoor reviews.
• Social media presence and engagement.

This approach highlights organisations that demonstrate excellence not only in the care they provide but also in transparency, communication and workplace culture.
