Our people are qualified to deliver the highest standards of care and our tailored training programmes allow us to continually invest in and develop our teams. As part of this, we offer more than 20 specialist courses through a mixture of in-person training and e-learning, all of which result in certification for the team members who successfully complete the training. Courses include: dementia awareness, fluids and nutrition, wound care, safeguarding and protection, food safety and many more, and our course list is constantly being updated in line with the latest care standards.
