A Southport Care Home Is Celebrating Being Shortlisted For Prestigious Care Awards

Staff, residents and relatives at Tudor Bank Nursing Home, which is part of the We Care Group, are delighted to hear that the home has been shortlisted for a prestigious award.

Tudor Bank Nursing Home, which provides nursing care for people living with dementia as well as supporting people with mental health problems, has an excellent reputation in the local area thanks to the leadership of the Manager and the caring and responsive staff team. There is a great working ethic and team spirit and staff look forward to coming to work and making the people they care for smile. It has been shortlisted for Regional Care Home – North Award at the Caring UK Awards.

An awards spokesperson said: “Never has there been a more appropriate time to recognise the amazing and selfless contribution that our carers make and how they have given so much to protect and care for their residents in the face of unprecedented challenges.”

The awards are organised by Script Events in conjunction with leading care industry magazine Caring UK, with support from headline sponsor Virgin Money. In each category up to seven finalists have been selected and they will now go through to the next stage of the judging process. The winners will be revealed at a glittering awards ceremony, hosted by Emmerdale actor Dean Andrews, at The Athena in Leicester on Thursday December 1 when the industry will gather to salute all that is great about the caring sector and recognise the amazing contribution it makes throughout the year
