Barton Brooks New Manager – Luke Grayson

We Care Group has appointed a new Home Manager at Barton Brook Care Home, strengthening leadership at the Eccles-based service.

Luke Grayson brings more than 12 years of experience in the care sector to the role, having progressed from care assistant to senior leadership positions. Most recently, he served as an area manager for a large care provider, where he supported multiple homes to improve quality standards and successfully helped turn around underperforming services.

Barton Brook Care Home provides residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 120 residents across four specialist areas. The home is recognised for its calm, welcoming environment, strong person-centred approach, and commitment to meaningful activities that support residents’ wellbeing, independence and dignity.

In his new position, Luke will focus on maintaining high standards of care, strengthening team culture, and supporting staff development to ensure residents continue to receive compassionate, consistent support.

Speaking about his appointment, Luke said he is looking forward to making a positive impact, adding that his values closely align with the organisation’s strong family-focused ethos.
