Bernie Suresparan Shortlisted for Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2026

We’re delighted to share that our Founder and CEO, Bernie Suresparan, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Established Business of the Year (North West) category at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2026.

Known as one of the UK’s most prestigious celebrations of entrepreneurship, the awards recognise business leaders who demonstrate innovation, resilience and outstanding leadership. Bernie will join fellow finalists at the awards ceremony in London this November.

For more than 19 years, Bernie has led We Care Group with a clear vision: to create welcoming homes where people can live with dignity, choice and independence. Together with over 1,800 dedicated colleagues across We Care Group and Summit Care Group, he continues to champion high-quality, person-centred care built on our values of family, honesty and respect.
