Knaresborough Care Home Receives 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating

The team at Bilton Hall are celebrating following their recent inspection from the Food Standard Agency which has awarded them with a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating.

The home, which is part of the We Care Group, situated in Knaresborough, Harrogate, has worked incredibly hard over the last few months to make significant improvements within their kitchen, including introducing a more robust monitoring system, successfully recruiting into some of the vacancies in the catering department, ensuring training in food safety was completed and has also replaced the flooring in the kitchen.

The Chef ensures that the home provides a high-quality dining experience for residents. with a wonderful varied menu, with all meals prepared with fresh, locally sourced, seasonal produce and based on the individual tastes and dietary needs of the people we support.

The home prides themselves on their menu which will satisfy even those with the smallest of appetites; from breakfast through to dinner, residents can discover something different with fresh flavours and lovely, well-presented meals.

Our great chefs are always keeping themselves busy in the kitchen creating new and exciting dishes for everyone to enjoy, as well as freshly based cakes for afternoon teas.
