We’re thrilled to announce that two exceptional members of the We Care Group have made it to the prestigious finals of The National Care Awards 2024! A huge congratulations to Amanda Jepson, Care Assistant at Old Gates Care Home, and Jessy Gaskell, Home Manager at Mahogany Care Home, for being recognised for their outstanding dedication and passion in care.
Amanda has been nominated for The Care Home Worker Award, showcasing her incredible compassion, hard work, and the personal connections she builds with every resident she supports. Her warmth and dedication make Old Gates Care Home a better place every day.
Jessy, up for The Care Home Registered Manager Award, has led Mahogany Care Home with exceptional leadership and vision, creating a nurturing and vibrant environment for both residents and staff. Her commitment to excellence has been a true inspiration across the We Care Group.
We couldn’t be prouder of Amanda and Jessy for their incredible achievements and for representing the very best of what we do.
The final will take place in London on Friday 29th November 2024, and we wish our finalists the very best of luck! No matter the outcome, they are already champions in our hearts!
