The carers at The Dales, you can't fault them. Every visit, they greet you with a smile and a laugh. They keep you informed on your loved ones, so you know how they've been and what they've been included in (activities and such). Transparency, honesty and care. You know when you leave your loved one, they're in the best care with staff or even residents they're friends with. We couldn't ask for a more clean, welcoming, loving home and cares for our nan. We can't thank The Dales enough.

I found this home after a long, hard path. I fell in love with the atmosphere and staff straight away. Dealing with dementia is an upsetting situation, but all the staff put me at ease.
